Return Policy

We are happy to offer a 7 day, no-questions-asked return policy (with full refund or credit) for unused and unworn items. Free return shipping is not applicable.
shipping costs will be adjusted against customer refund. In case of non-serviceable pin codes, customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and shipping charges will bear customer after receiving product return will be processed within 5 to 7 buisness days.

Return Shipment Process

To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse.

Shipping and Handling Time

Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.
We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner 2 to 3 days, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer 5 to 7 days. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.
We offer free shipping for all orders in India. Right now we are not delivering out of India.
